Although Don likes to joke around about the mission being to break the infamous Billy Goat Curse of 1945 (by making some type of symbolic sacrifice to
Murphy the Goat), his actual
mission is not so much about superstition. It is really just about
showing support and confidence in the Chicago Cubs in a fun way.
So we are asking others to join in by telling us how they show their own enthusiasm for the Cubs. The more
participants, the
better!
If we can find
enough brave people to share their enthusiasm, the 2016 World Series title will be ours.
